Thank you for shopping at Aquora Tech.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we are committed to offering clear and fair return conditions.
🧩 1. Return Window
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels.
• Products that show any sign of use, installation, testing with water, scratches, moisture, or missing components are not eligible for return.
If the product arrived damaged or defective, photo or video evidence must be sent within 72 hours of delivery.
📦 2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@aquoratech.com.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of product damage or defect on arrival (see “Damaged or Defective Items”).
⚙️ 3. Product Condition
Returns will only be accepted if:
• The product is unused
• All accessories, cables, manuals, and original contents are included
• The original packaging is intact and undamaged
If the product is returned with:
– missing parts
– damaged or incomplete packaging
– unreported defects
– signs of testing or use
→ the return will be rejected or a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
The 10% restocking fee applies when the return shows damage or handling not consistent with a “new and unused” product.
🚫 4. Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized products
• Consumables (fish food, filter media, salts, chemicals) once opened
• Gift cards
• Digital/downloadable products
• Discounted or sale items (unless defective or damaged)
🔧 5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include photos or videos of:
• The defect or damage
• The shipping box and label
• The product’s serial number (if applicable)
If confirmed, Aquora Tech will:
• Provide a prepaid return label, and
• Send a replacement or issue a refund after receiving the defective item
⚡ 6. DOA (Dead on Arrival)
For electronic devices that arrive non-functional upon first use, you have 7 days from delivery to report the issue.
After verification, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
🔄 7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, please request a return and place a new order.
💰 8. Refunds
When your return is received and inspected (within 5 business days), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing takes up to 7 business days
• Shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable
Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or payment method than the one used for the original order.

📦 9. Unclaimed / Rejected Packages
If a package is:
• refused by the customer,
• returned due to an incorrect address, or
• not collected from the carrier’s pickup point,
→ shipping fees are non-refundable and a return will only be processed if the product returns in unused, new condition.
If the item is damaged during the return due to refusal or non-collection, the refund may be denied.
🧾 10. Pre-Orders and Bundles
• Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product arrives defective.
• Bundles or kits must be returned complete (no partial returns).
🔒 11. Abuse Prevention
Aquora Tech reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:
• repeated return abuse
• mismatch between returned item and original purchase
• evidence of tampering or intentional damage
